By using Ethereal, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our platform, including all recordings, AI features, and family access tools. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your Content

You own your content. The recordings, written memories, and messages you create are yours. You grant Ethereal a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your designated family members. You may export and delete your content at any time.

Subscription and Billing

Ethereal offers monthly and annual subscription plans. The 14-day free trial requires no credit card. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription. You may cancel at any time; no refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Acceptable Use

Ethereal is intended for preserving personal memories and enabling family connection. You may not use the platform to store illegal content, harass others, or misrepresent the AI presence as a real person to third parties without their knowledge.
